We could add some of this to: Materials - Ensure slides, handouts, and other electronic material for participants is accessible
(I think that paragraph needs some editing anyway.)
Some of it is the Materials but mostly this is to make sure folks are forgetting about all the comm's they use for an event so I think it's still worth its own bullet. Thanks!
Consider adding: "Provide meeting information via accessible communications" as separate checkpoint, or some aspects integrated into an existing checkpoint?
