Thanks for suggesting an edit in a PR, Daniel.

I don't think we want it at the top of the page. Folks are likely to follow that and lose this page. (based on usability testing)

It's already lower on the page:

For more formal guidance on referring to WCAG, see How to Refer to WCAG from Other Documents.

I closed the issue and PR for now. Perhaps we'll do a re-write of this page later. Not a priority for now.
