Single page version of section content #532

Each section of the resource should provide a single page version of all the content in that section.

FYI FTR: /me reading through the latest drafts to check out symbols and sign language in Perception vs. Presentation, and really disliking that it's across multiple pages.

Rough notes for now (‘cause I keep not getting time to polish them and don’t want to forget):

I’m really missing the big picture when on an individual page, e.g., https://deploy-preview-113--wai-people-use-web.netlify.app/people-use-web/tools-techniques-presentation/

And that will be an issue for people who land on a sub-page from search.

I guess the side navigation will help; however, I don’t think that will be enough. Not sure what to suggest. Probably should have a list of all sections near the top. Possibly in the summary?

Happy to explore this (and other) options. I think this one runs into the problem that we had with that being a different use of the summary section from how the pattern is used elsewhere on the site.
