[coginitive] reading and comprehension can be improved #540

Reading level is harder than it should be. Reading ease is less than 25 which puts the page at an appropriate reading level for an American College Graduate.

If we can break up some of these big paragraphs it will help readability and comprehension - and not just for people with reading disorders.

This also applies to each of the user stories linked at the bottom of the page. They all have typos and could be formatted and edited for better readability and comprehension.

@lbeaze Regarding reading level, this will be discussed as a future improvement.

Can you please point out typos and give specific examples of other changes you'd like to see?
