[low] example sites for teaching - BAD and more #696

From quick skim, I didn't find that we refer to BAD - and certainly I could have missed it.

I note that there are similar resources, e.g.,

I don't think these warrant considering an exception to our not linking to outside material.

However, possibly we want to generically say there are these types of resources available, to help instructors know about them and find them?

We don't refer to BAD. And I think that was a deliberate decision at the time as it had not been updated in a while.

+1 to not linking to external resources for this purpose.

Also, +1 to mentioning the existence of these resources but not linking to them directly. Mentioning them is risky as they may become outdated and we would be then pointing to wrong or obsolete advice.
