Instead of saying:

"Provide distinct styles for interactive elements, such as links and buttons, to make them easy to identify. For example, change the appearance of links on mouse hover, keyboard focus, and touch-screen activation. Ensure that styles and naming for interactive elements are used consistently throughout the website."

I suggest we make the following change:

"Provide distinct styles for interactive elements, such as links and buttons, to make them easy to identify. For example, provide a clearly visible focus indicator to change the appearance of links on mouse hover, keyboard focus, and touch-screen activation. Ensure that styles and naming for interactive elements are used consistently throughout the website."

(Just so it emphasizes the importance of providing visible focus indicators when navigating with the keyboard - that loops in 2.4.7)

I'm happy to do it with some guidance once we meet in San Diego next week, but I'm afraid I currently have no idea on how to do that. :/
