Allow substitution for phrases "website" and "web pages"

WCAG is not just for websites.

• For "website", allow the user to substitute other words, such as "app", "application", or "product".
• For "web pages", allow the user to substitute other words, such as "screens".

I don't know who is already using the WCAG-EM Report Tool, but its potential users include any organization that prepares WCAG reports, including the WCAG tables for Section 508 and EN 301 549 reports.

So here's another way to ask the question. When organizations publish conformance reports for web sites and web applications, do they also publish conformance reports for non-web software?

I looked at a sample of six large technology companies who have published VPAT reports online. I found that five out of six of these companies that I sampled have published at least one conformance report for non-web software.
