[Redesign] Improve text that explains “Import EARL-as-JSON” #477

Both @hidde and @mhansma96 tried importing a downloaded WCAG EM Report Tool JSON into this page, before understanding that's not what that button is for.

Can we improve the text so that it is very clear it is about third party tools?

add the word 'Experimental' and add link to documentation in the wiki

Have used “Beta” instead of “Experimental”, because shorter, and changed “Supplement the data in this report with” to “Add data from”, because shorter and clearer.
