What’s New in WCAG 2.1 includes persona quotes. The plan was to add these to the Understanding docs.

Straw proposal for discussion:

Location — under the SC text, before the "Intent" section
Heading — "Persona Quotes"
Intro text — "These quotes from personas (fictional people) help you understand some aspects of the success criteria."
Visual design — match What’s New in WCAG 2.1 (Problem & Works Well bold and indented. Colored quote marks.)

Intro text — "These quotes from personas (fictional people) help you understand some aspects of the success criteria."
Visual design — match What’s New in WCAG 2.1 (Problem & Works Well bold and indented. Colored quote marks.)
