Things to comment on in this preview

Techniques don't have the horizontal nav bar. (currently not in All Techniques and About Techniques don't, yet the individual techniques do) Good? Not?
Anything else that's not listed below - and you don't need to wade through below if you don't want to - you can just comment to wai-eo-editors@w3.org and Shawn will process if it's already a documented issue, or needs to be added, or needs EOWG discussion

[Understanding pager/nav bar] "Next:" is blank and no worky for the last SC of every guideline e.g., SC 1.1.1, 1.2.9, 1.3.6. (solution: Next should not appeat at all)
