Why is ARIA2 part of Sufficient 3.3.3: Error Suggestion #1772

There's no suggestion in ARIA2, so why is it part of Sufficient 3.3.3: Error Suggestion?

https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/aria/ARIA2

ARIA2: Identifying a required field with the aria-required property

Surely it flags the invalid field but isn't that Error Identification, and Error Suggestion is there to offer the 'extra suggested possibility' if available?

Passing 3.3.3 always because of having aria-required seems to undermine the intent, you don't have to do the 'suggestion' part anymore...

(besides for ARIA2 only serving parts of the user base, not the other users who also need the suggestions if available.
