Technique SCR33 has outdated link in "Other sources" section #3466

The "webSemantics Accessible Scroller" link in the "Other sources" section of Technique SCR33 appears to no longer exist on that site. It redirects to [strong motion & flash warning] https://websemantics.uk/archived/accessible_scroller/ which renders a 404 page.

I'd volunteer to propose changes for removing the link, but I'm not sure what the process is. This file and line seem to be the source:

Edited to add a link to the "Other sources" section

I updated that page in January and it was merged into main three weeks ago. I'm not sure why it's not live yet. Any idea, @alastc?

I'll admit that I just took the link out rather than trying to find an up to date example of a marquee. If you have a suitable replacement link, then you can either reply here with it and I'll add it in. Or, if you're comfortable making edits to code, then the page you want is SCR33.html in the Techniques → client-side-script folder.
