Added criterion names to 1.4.10, 1.4.11, 1.4.13, 2.5.7, 2.5.8, 3.2.6, and 3.3.8
Removed blockquote from 1.4.10, 1.4.11, and 1.4.13
Added description list structure to 1.4.13 to match WCAG
Added text to 3.3.8 describing the word substitution
Consistent with the added criterion names, bolded the names of Guideline 3.2, Principle 4, and Guideline 4.1
