2.1.1 parsing mjm updates to try #496

Adding "wcag2ict" to the div to force the "ADDED" caused the markdown within the example to completely fail in the built document. Trying to add actual HTML markup to see if that fixes the problem.

Trying to add pure HTML failed miserably, so closing this - don't want it merged.
