Determine how/where to add in Level AAA SC in the document #578

Some options for how to include the Level AAA SCs:

  1. Add the Level AAA SC in the correct order, interleaved with the existing Level A and AA
  2. Add in the Level AAA SC under a new Level AAA section, potentially with some context that these aren't required by current regulations (or by repeating what's in WCAG regarding Level AAA). See Note 2 in the WCAG 2.2 Conformance Level section.
  3. Other options?

I vote for option 1, which would be inline with how WCAG 2.2 showcases AAA, for example https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/#focus-not-obscured-enhanced following in numbered order per SC list out
