Added a section on mixing RDFa and turtle #407

I added a subsection to the RDFa section on mixing RDFa and turtle, reusing the same example.

I also made a number of minor editorial changes, too, see the commits...

Okay to merge. Just curious why change to 'art'?

With recent changes (using resource="" on top instead of an explicit about), the generated Turtle was incorrect. There were two URIs, one with 'art' and the other with with 'ldn', but the two URI-s had to be the same (and, in fact, it is the URI of the enclosing HTML file). So I just picked one...
