Defunct feedback channel #420

(Lazy report, I had wished the group to accept reports also through the public-annotation@ list.)

  1. The advertised mailing list for feedback is now inactive.

That is, the note advertises the now inactive mailing list as a feedback channel—consider rephrasing or re-activating the mailing list.

Is the solution to instead advertise the Community Group? Or is this not errata, as it is still possible to post to the mailing list (even if there isn't an associated WG currently). If this is errata, then it applies to all of the documents, both TR and notes.

The mailing list responds to email with:

550 This mailing list is no longer active. Please see http://www.w3.org/Mail/

meaning that this issue is valid and applies to all of the publications.

Summary: Replace public-annotation@w3.org with the community group's mailing list, public-openannotation@w3.org.
