Factor turning on "Assume Explicit For" out of #75.

Purely editorial, adding "blah/" as needed to satisfy Bikeshed.

Note that "No 'dfn' refs found for 'aborted flag' with for='['AbortSignal']'." is currently reported, will be fixed by #86
