Wiki #39

Hello @draggett and architects, can you please use Wiki pages here: https://github.com/w3c/web-of-things-framework/wiki to describe the project goals, roadmap and architecture. Currently we have only one document (presentation slides) and this is not enough for developers to understand this project goals and structure well.

Thanks Dave.

There is a lot of .md files all around root dir (radmap.md, security.md...). I think we shuold make some order in the directory sructure over there, these should go to doc, and can be reused (copy-paste) on the Wiki pages.

Feel free to do so. I think you should have write access to the wiki.

Can you please also add a navigation panel (Github Wikis have this option). Take a look here for example: https://github.com/RIOT-OS/RIOT/wiki.
