Original title: Update https://w3c.github.io/web-performance/specs/PageVisibility/Overview.html

Please make it redirect to https://w3c.github.io/page-visibility/.

Found due to https://github.com/whatwg/html/pull/3906.

Thanks for spotting this and reporting!

@plehegar @siusin @igrigorik @toddreifsteck - This issue doesn't seem isolated to PageVisibility.

https://github.com/w3c/web-performance/tree/gh-pages/specs contains many frozen-in-time versions of the various specifications the group works on. I don't know if there are links out there pointing to them...

As I see it, we have several options: 1) Redirect everything to the latest editor draft. 2) Redirect the specs to the "TR/" published versions, where ones exist. 3) Replace the directory's pages with ones enabling users to pick the version they are looking for.

I tend to agree with @annevk and say we should redirect folks to the latest, but I'm lacking context on why this directory exists in the first place. Does any of you have more context on that?

We asked the WebMaster to do a grep on the latest versions of each W3C spec published under /TR and it seems no spec contains/references to 'w3c.github.io/web-performance/' anymore.

+1 to redirect these documents to the latest editor draft.

ok to do the redirect.
