Changed interface to remove mention of domain relativity, and change to manifest relativity #16

Found another location where the template was said to be relative to domain, and changed that to manifest url, and removed the later sentence that said the same thing.

Yeah (I still feel like it's a physics thing when I see "relativity" but that's fine) :)
