Added complete index page and share target page #7

Index links to sharetarget. Share target can handle title, text, and url query parameters, and will display them on the page.

Currently hosted here: https://cpyro.github.io/web-share-target-1/demos/ Example with query: https://cpyro.github.io/web-share-target-1/demos/sharetarget.html?title=hello&text=hi&url=https://example.com

@cpyro, thanks! Please let me know once you get confirmation that it's all good. I can then click the right buttons and fix the IPR stuff.
