Performance demo added. #45

Hi @mikewest ,

Here's the performance demo that I showed you last week, but in a much more polished form. See the attached screenshot. PTAL!

I might make some improvements to this demo in the future, but for now I think it's polished enough. The Travis check is red, but that's a problem with bikeshed (index.src.html).

So I'm ready, but I don't have write access to this repo. Please merge it :)
