CI: Drop Travis, git rm index.html, use index.bs #162

This patch makes the following changes:

Stop using Travis (removes .travis.yml)
Remove index.html from the repo/git
Rename the index.src.html file to index.bs
Update makefile targets to align with index.bs rename
