Deploy to W3C action failing #68

Looks like the W3C deploy action has been failing (most recent run https://labs.w3.org/echidna/api/status?id=799c6769-6d18-477c-98bb-a5025680566d), due to patent policy errors.

Seems like this is due to the patent policy text being tied to an old version in bikeshed-boilerplate (https://github.com/speced/bikeshed-boilerplate/blob/35a89b1644bf2ff8e5a592932d0302ca47179455/boilerplate/webappsec/status-CRD.include#L47). I'll send a PR to that repo.

This is now fixed (and I've triggered a re-run of the failed job which succeeded).
