Move this to MDN? #24

@dontcallmedom wonders if this document might better reach its audience if published on MDN. I'm very happy having it in WebAppSec, but I'm raising the issue to see what others think.

I think a W3C note documenting the WG's consensus regarding a reasonable path for developers to take is a good thing for us to produce in the group. MDN seems different in kind, though I agree that similar advice should exist there.
