Examples shouldn't rely on red/green. #40

Red-green colorblindness is fairly common; the example graphics need something else that demarcates them as (non-)secure.

After spending longer than I care to admit trying to figure out how to make a nice pattern in SVG, I just dashed the stroke around the outside of non-secure contexts in the examples. If anyone would like to make it prettier, please, please, please do.
