TAG Requesting Status #62

Hi folks -

We're just here at the TAG f2f and noticing a number of normative references to this document. Also we noticed that the editor's draft is further along than the TR doc (which is still at Candidate Rec). Can you let us know what the status is? Is there some way we can help tidy this up and get the latest changes out to the TR version of the doc and get this published as a Rec for the betterment of all?

The document is ~done. We agreed that it was ~done at TPAC. I'm on the hook to actually get it moved from CR to PR to REC, and haven't taken the time to do so. Maybe this quarter!
