https://w3c.github.io/webappsec-secure-contexts/#monkey-patching-html monkey patches HTML. At least the isSecureContext attributes is already in HTML and should be removed. I'm not sure about the other bits.

This was fixed by #84. The section still exists, but is purely descriptive.
