Consider adding integrity attribute to Link header #117

The Link header functions similarly to the link tag. https://www.w3.org/wiki/LinkHeader

As shown in the 103 early hints document, the Link header can also used to load cdn resources.

An integrity attribute would bring the Link header up to pair with link tag.

It's already defined for preloads in https://html.spec.whatwg.org/multipage/semantics.html#processing-link-headers
