The "Shortname" metadata field, in W3C specs, is for the name given to the spec when it's published; it's what shows up in the URL. "UI Security", space and all, is almost certainly not correct. At minimum it should be "UI-Security", but probably "ui-security" instead, per standard URL practice in the W3C?
