CFC to publish the HTML Imports spec as a Discontinued Draft #100

This is a Call for Consensus to publish the HTML Imports spec as a Discontinued Draft in the WebApps WG.

HTML Imports were deprecated and removed from browsers a few years ago. You can find the latest Working Draft at: https://www.w3.org/TR/html-imports/

To show support for the publication, please add a 👍.

If you'd like to raise a Formal Objection to publishing this document, please do so by using a 👎 by next Tuesday, June 06, 2023. Please include the rationale for your objection to its publication as GitHub comment or email the working group.
