Make sure editors are WG members #14

We need to make sure that all our specification editors are members of the WG.

All reminders sent, some editors already rejoined. This is less automatic than before as it is not a charter renewal.

Thanks for doing that. Closing as done, as I think we've done all we can for now... we might might need to deal with individual cases directly.
