editorial: expand draft metadata #478

@jgraham any concerns with this? The only non-standard field is Channel, but I added it anyway to mirror the webdriver classic spec.

Edit: Going ahead with this. If there's a concern with Channel for some reason, I am happy to revert it in a follow up.
