Adjustments as a result of the update:

2 exceptions removed:
- look-behind assertions
- Class static initialization blocks

This addresses #313

Note the preview does not have a link to the ECMAScript 2023 spec because the specref change was not in place when I made this initial PR, but since then the associated specref PR has been merged so when this PR is merged, the specref association will be there.
