While reviewing WMAS2024 for publication, I noticed the original ENCRYPTED-MEDIA and MEDIA-SOURCE SpecRef links have been updated to alias to the v2 drafts of those specs, so we need to update those references to be ENCRYPTED-MEDIA-1 and MEDIA-SOURCE-1 so they're pinned to v1
