Many media devices won't have any browser chrome. It was concluded that this can be supported within the fullscreen API by having the normal dimensions of the top level document be the same as the dimensions of the screen.
This is not remotely obvious. IMHO people will miss this if it's not pointed out. We should address it in the porting / integration specification.
