Remove excessively detailed terminology #43

Remove some excessively detailed terms, according to @msporny's comment here: https://github.com/w3c/webpayments-ig/pull/41#issuecomment-227615270

I think it makes sense to pull out these 'terms' that would not be used across documents. Note that if you want to include them in your spec and have them proximal to the others, there is a way to do that:

<dl class='termlist'> include your terms here </dl>

If you put that right after the <div data-include="terms.html"></div> they will all be grouped together.
