The Machine Learning use case does not add any WebRTC-related requirements beyond those already in Section 3.6 (Funny Hats). At this point, the W3C has chartered quite a bit of new work on Machine Learning, so it is likely that any requirements that would be developed would apply to those new APIs, not to APIs developed by the WebRTC WG.
Moreover, this use case doesn't cover what the WEBRTC WG is doing in the Machine Learning area, such as APIs to accelerate face detection, background blur, etc.
Perhaps it should remain and refer to things we are doing - as they are not mentioned in RFC7478 - especially if the things we are doing strengthen the case for the requirements derived from funny hats.
