How to get users in VR #8

Hey, guys, I want to open a new thread covering the topic of publishing VR content. If we have such a discussion at the workshop what should it cover:

ways to market VR content
ways to find clients/ users
monetization, etc.

What else?

Technical and pedagogical aspect to it, e.g. how to get somebody who opened a link in Chrome on a Samsung S8 to view the content in VR knowing that using a GearVR he/she has to switch to Samsung Internet Browser. Basically how to either educate (visual transition screens per device+browser) or have a technical solution (default WebVR compatible browsers as Android intent?)
