Seems useful... but what does it actually do? Are there HTTP end points that we can query? and if so, who do we expect to make use of it (e.g., ReSpec, Bibref, etc.), and what for?

I was actually thinking of using an IETF Datatracker style site for WG sites - instead of running their own.

team is currently focused on making sure the data is together - then focus on UI
