Information lifecycle #553

Section information lifecycle should contain a clear definition on how information is managed.

Private data needs to be retained in the device. Identifier for a device should not be trackable / person not to be identifiable TDs should not contain confidential data.

These requirements depend on the scenarios, e.g. closed groups versus public TDs.

Need to clarify with PING

2 specification sections are needed:

  1. Data Management (Input from: Security WG) 2 Metadata Manangement
