Change "IoT ecosystem" to "IoT Platform" in arch-security-consideration-communication-platform #901

The text of assertion arch-security-consideration-communication-platform uses "IoT ecosystem" instead of the defined term "IoT Platform" which is confusing.

Change the text of this assertion from 

When generating TDs for an IoT ecosystem not covered by the WoT Binding Templates, TD creators SHOULD ensure that all the security requirements of the IoT Platform are satisfied.

to

When generating TDs for an IoT Platform not covered by the WoT Binding Templates, TD creators SHOULD ensure that all the security requirements of the IoT Platform are satisfied.

to be consistent with defined terminology. This does not change the intended meaning of the assertion, but because it's a change to the text of an assertion we may have to get approval.
