fix: corrections in BACnet data mappings

This PR extends the logical data mappings of the BACnet protocol binding.

Specifically following changes are proposed:

• bacv:Sequence
  • is a record, so it should be modeled as an object instead of an array
  • it has the special case of DateTime mapping, so ISO8601 special handling is added here. (The spirit is to make BACnet more web-like, hence the conversion)
• bacv:List is actually a set in BACnet, so uniqueItems is added
• bacv:Choice is actually a variant, so modeling is done with oneOf
• bacv:Date, bacv:Time are modeled with ISO8601-like strings with wildcard extensions
• bacv:WeekNDay is also modeled with a special regex string
• bacv:Enumerated is modeled with an enum instead of an array
• bacv:OctetString is modeled with a string with a text-friendly pattern (hex, dotted-string or base64)
• bacv:BitString is modeled with a set array of enum
• bacv:Any: object is added to the possibilities
• bacv:ObjectIdentifier is modeled as an iri-reference
