Video Publication: Aligning Video Information Texts and Website URLs

In the process of publication to YouTube, I have noticed some improvements:

• Video titles should not start with What is WoT otherwise the different part gets shortened.
• Mentioned that videos are developed open-source
• Website URLs were not nicely structured with a clear hierarchy. I am waiting for #145 to be merged before moving content around

This implies that videos are now uploaded to YouTube but I am keeping them private while doing the final checks.

This PR is ready but I will wait a bit to see if there is any feedback. @Tedoshiii and @handealptekin , from now on we will stick to not using ids but relying on the folder structure to avoid any potential errors (duplicate information also) and have less text/config to maintain.

Also, please make sure to install a markdown linter and spell checker.
