Tutorial website created at directory Tutorials > whatiswot > website.
Used Docusaurus as structure

The deployed version is available at https://incandescent-praline-942129.netlify.app/ (temporary name)

Some improvements:

The figure names need to be organized per video. Even better, the figures of each video should be in a separate folder.
The linking to w3.org/wot should happen in the landing page in a visible location.

Once the PR is merged, the website will be deployed at https://whatiswot.netlify.app/ using a sponsored OSS account by Netlify. This is still temporary and we should discuss this
