In the last plugfest / testfest we had 2 profile implementations.
Several members commented that the implementations from previous plugfests
have some different behavior, which could require some effort to align.
To guide the evolution of the profile specification and minimize the impact on existing implementations,
we require feedback from implementers in a structured form.
The manual.csv contains all spec assertions from the current draft.
Implementers should provide a response for their implementation to determine the major at-risk items.
