Add a diagram of the current profiles #399

Fixes #309.

We should decide where to put in in the document.

I wonder whether "baseline" should be a middle level and SSE & Web-hocks sitting on top of it as 2 alternatives?

Having 3 levels in the end... I hope you know what I mean.

The diagram is a copy of the ones in the two presentation linked.

The current profiles are composable, so you can have baseline + sse + webhook at the same time.

Agreed to land it in TF meeting, we need to sync up Architecture likewise.
