Make it clearer that Profiles should only progressively enhance a Thing #403

Coming from the "What to do with WoT Profiles 1.0" thread on the mailing list...

Make it clearer that Profiles should only progressively enhance a Thing for conformant Consumers, not break non-conformant Consumers.

We also separately need to ensure that this actually true today...
