Replace all instances of [wot-thing-description] with [wot-thing-description11] #410

@danielpeintner pointed out in https://github.com/w3c/wot-profile/issues/405#issuecomment-2089843216 that we reference TD 1.0 and TD 1.1 interchangeably in the Profiles specification. The profile term was not added until TD 1.1, so we should only be referencing that version.

The one exception may be the assertion in section 4 which says:

All Things and Consumers conforming to a profile MUST satisfy the assertions specified in the [wot-thing-description11], except for the assertion td-context-ns-td10-namespacev10 with text TD 1.1 consumers MUST accept TDs satisfying the W3C WoT Thing Description 1.0 [wot-thing-description] specification.
